Exhibit A <br /> 2014 Action Plan Project List <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM <br /> The County of Hawai ' i anticipates that the County' s total 2014 <br /> CDBG allocation is $2, 677, 897 . 00. The County also received an <br /> additional $99, 811 . 53 of program income from the Residential <br /> Emergency Repair Program (RERP) . In addition the County <br /> anticipates receiving $75, 000 of additional program income from <br /> the Residential Emergency Repair Program (RERP) for a total <br /> $2, 852, 708 . 53 of CDBG monies . To meet the County' s five (5) year <br /> Consolidated Plan' s, Priorities and Objectives, the following <br /> projects will be included in the 2014 Action Plan. <br /> 2014 CDBG Projects Amount <br /> Hilo Adult Day Care Center - Site and Infrastructure $ 500,000.00 <br /> Improvements <br /> Pahala Fire Station - Wildland Brush Truck -Acquisition $ 165, 000.00 <br /> Hilo Drag Strip Accessibility Compliance $1,002,258.53 <br /> Habitat for Humanity Affordable Workforce Housing - $ 292, 000.00 <br /> Land Acquisition <br /> Residential Emergency Repair Program $ 358, 450.00 <br /> Administration, Planning & Fair Housing $ 535,000.00 <br /> Total $2, 852,708.53 <br /> The CDBG project amount for all projects may change to <br /> accommodate the actual amount of grant funds or program income <br /> received or if there are any cancelled project (s) or <br /> reprogramming of. CDBG funds. In its efforts to expedite and <br /> timely implement its projects, the Public is advised that the <br /> County of Hawaii may utilize County funds for the Pahala Fire <br /> Station - Wildland Brush Truck Acquisition and Hilo Drag Strip <br /> Accessibility Compliance projects to incur pre-award cost under <br /> the CDBG program that will not exceed 25% of current CDBG <br /> allocation.
