The amendment of this section is to expand the use of the revolving fund under <br /> part(a),to allow for the development of housing, in addition to the preparation for the <br /> development of housing. <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development indicates that time is of the essence, and <br /> requests that this bill be waived from Finance Committee, and be placed on the April 16, 2014 <br /> Council Agenda.
