Project Number 12-DJ-06 <br /> C O N T R A C T <br /> THIS CONTRACT, executed on the respective dates <br /> indicated below, is effective as of April 1, 2014, by and <br /> between the Department of the Attorney General, State of Hawaii, <br /> hereinafter called "Agency, " by and through the Attorney <br /> General, and the Hawaii Police Department, whose business <br /> address is 349 Kapiolani Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720, hereinafter <br /> called "Grantee." <br /> WITNESSETH ' <br /> WHEREAS, Title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe <br /> Streets Act of 1968, 42 U. S.
