COUNTY OF HAWAII •f 4` ',ref'• STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 372 /4 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE AN ELECTRIC PAPER CUTTER <br /> FOR THE SUPPORT SERVICES DIVISION. <br /> WHEREAS,the existing electric paper cutter was purchased in 1986 for$2,499 and has <br /> been breaking down quite frequently; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Support Services Division has requested a new electric cutter, which <br /> would make them more efficient and includes more safety features; and <br /> WHEREAS, the anticipated cost for a new electric paper cutter is approximately$5,000; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,the funds will come from account number 010.101.5101.02.109 (Clerk- <br /> Council SVC OCE, Equipment Repairs), which is available due to the lower than anticipated. <br /> expenses; now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $5,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.02 Clerk-Council Svc OCE $5,000 <br /> 109 Equipment Repairs <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.101.5101.06 Clerk-Council SVC Equip $5,000 <br /> 480 Misc.
