No. 346-14 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 9:27 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 346-14, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 346-14, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford, via Communication No. 749 <br /> dated March 12, 2014, authorizes the Mayor to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the <br /> State of Hawaii, Hawaii Public Housing Authority, and authorizes the payment for a multi-year <br /> contract for the use of the Pomaikai Senior Center located at 929 Ululani Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720, <br /> Tax Map Key: 2-4-025:092. <br /> The resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a three-year Facility Lease Agreement at an estimated <br /> monthly cost of$150, with the option of two one-year extensions.
