/v n �iilisy� • <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> ••i4\ " %:•: STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 381 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br /> FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR A GRANT TO THE POSITIVE COACHING <br /> ALLIANCE PCA BIG ISLAND. <br /> WHEREAS, the Positve Coaching Alliance PCA Big Island is a 501(c)3 nonprofit <br /> organization and is in need of funding to assist in expenses related to certifiying trainers for its <br /> community training workshops; and <br /> WHEREAS, this funding will enable the Positve Coaching Alliance PCA Big Island to certify <br /> more trainers, and in turn will enable the organization to provide more workshops for the community; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2-139(a)(2) of the Hawai`i County Code, Contingency Relief <br /> funds shall be transferred to an accepting County department/agency via resolution identifying the <br /> nonprofit organization and the specific program, project, or event for which the grant shall be used; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation for a grant to assist the Positve Coaching Alliance PCA Big <br /> Island; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $2,000 <br />
