Div or <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII •_ :• STATE OF HAWAII <br /> •�01�M�'� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 383 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br /> FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS FOR THE HAWAII <br /> COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Hawaii County Police Department("HPD") is in need of funding to purchase <br /> educational and informational materials including, but not limited to, brochures, handouts and leaflets; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,this purchase will allow HPD to provide outreach and education to the <br /> community for such programs like DARE, community meetings and Community Policing; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the <br /> Hawaii County Police Department to assist in the purchase of the educational material; now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $2,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.201.5203.02 Hawaii County Police Department $2,000 <br /> Police Adm Div OCE <br /> 225 Educ-Recr-Scientif <br /> (Administration—Educational Materials) <br />
