COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 241 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 13-65, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2013 <br />RELATING TO THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO THE PUBLIC ACCESS, OPEN SPACE AND <br />NATURAL RESOURCES PRESERVATION FUND. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 13-65, as amended, is hereby further amended by increasing revenues in the <br />following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2. <br />Account No. Source Fund Amount <br />010.3101.16 Real Property Tax Interest <br />General $ 200,000 <br />Total $ 200,000 <br />SECTION 2.
