COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 245 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 13 -66, AS AMENDED, RELATING <br />TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />JULY 1, 2013 TO JUNE 30, 2014. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 13 -66, as amended, Relating to Public <br />Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014, <br />is hereby amended by increasing the following appropriations: <br />PARKS AND RECREATION <br />Discretionary Projects — Council District 1 <br />(110.588.5589.04) [$40,000] $ 100,000 <br />Discretionary Projects — Council District 5 <br />(110.588.5589.05) [$71,000] $ 100,000 <br />SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from: <br />General Fund and /or other Sources (Contingency Relief) $ 89,000 <br />SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being <br />amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation. <br />SECTION 4.
