V OF 1, <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> .: <br /> �Tt Os.N'.1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 378 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE <br /> AINALOA BOULEVARD SHOULDER IMPROVEMENTS-COUNTY. <br /> WHEREAS, the construction of asphalt shoulders to streets and roads addresses <br /> pedestrian and vehicular safety where necessary; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14-24 amended Ordinance No. 13-66, the Capital Budget, <br /> includes the appropriation for the Ainaola Boulevard Shoulder Improvements-County, Account <br /> No. 110.388.5380.06; and <br /> WHEREAS, the project will improve the shoulders on Ainaloa Boulevard from <br /> approximately Vanda Drive to the Kea`au-Pahoa Road and the total cost is $86,000; and <br /> WHEREAS, the project will be funded with remaining 2004A Bond funds designated <br /> for the Puna district and this supplemental amount from Council District 5 Contingency Relief <br /> funds; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Public Works to provide additional funds for the Ainaloa Boulevard Shoulder <br /> Improvements-County; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC —Contingency Relief $2,000 <br />
