No. 356-14 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kona, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 10:35 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Resolution No. 356-14, <br /> reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 356-14, transmitted by Assistant Corporation Counsel Katherine A.
