�J�YY OF M,+Y <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ;0;F <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 391 1 4 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING THE SAME TO <br /> A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PROVIDE A GRANT TO MALAMA O PUNA <br /> FOR THE PAHOA HIGH AND INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL PROJECT GRAD. <br /> WHEREAS, Malama O Puna, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, will plan and <br /> implement a Project Grad for Pahoa High and Intermediate School's graduating class of 2014 on <br /> May 18, 2014; and <br /> WHEREAS, Pahoa High and Intermediate School Project Grad provides a safe, alcohol- <br /> free and drug-free environment for graduating high school students; and <br /> WHEREAS, Malama O Puna has identified a financial need for expenses associated <br /> with the Pahoa High and Intermediate School Project Grad; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2-139(a)(2) of the Hawaii County Code, Contingency <br /> Relief funds shall be transferred to an accepting County department/agency via resolution <br /> identifying the nonprofit organization and the specific program, project, or event for which the <br /> grant shall be used; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Liquor Control to provide a grant to Malama O Puna for the Pahoa High and <br /> Intermediate School Project Grad; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC —Contingency Relief $2,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.251.5251.39 Department of Liquor Control $2,000 <br /> Public Programs <br /> 115 Misc.
