No. 782/13ill No. 230 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 230, reports as follows: <br />Bill No. 230, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford, via Communication No. 782 dated <br />March 28, 2014, amends Ordinance No. 08-106 of the County of Hawaii, as heretofore amended <br />pertaining to the issuance of general obligation bonds for the purpose of funding all or a portion of <br />the costs of various capital improvement projects for the County. <br />The bill amends Exhibit A, Draft 5 by decreasing funding for Kealekehe Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />(WTP) Aeration Upgrade ($2,650,000) and eliminating funding for the Kealekehe WTP Sludge <br />Removal project ($3 million) due to the Department of Environmental Management's acquisition of <br />State Revolving Fund financing for these projects.
