Amendments will <br /> clarify that a Use Permit to allow golf courses and related uses within zoning districts will not be <br /> permitted if the property is situated within the State Land Use Agricultural District, in accordance with <br /> State Land Use Law. <br /> The Commission voted to forward a favorable recommendation to the County Council on the request. <br /> The draft bill is attached for your favorable consideration.
