O 7 <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> r�TF of N►.'p' <br /> RESOLUTION NO. *39G 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE PURCHASE OF AMERICANS WITH <br /> DISABILITIES ACT COMPLIANT BLEACHERS FOR HO`OKO PARK IN <br /> WAIKOLOA VILLAGE. <br /> WHEREAS, the Ho`oko Park provides a huge range of community based recreational <br /> and sports programs including baseball, soccer, and football; and <br /> WHEREAS, outdoor activity has physical, social, emotional and intellectual benefits; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ho`oko Park needs Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant <br /> bleachers to accommodate the various sports events; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation for the purchase of the ADA compliant bleachers; now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $15,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC —Contingency Relief $15,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.06 Department of Parks and Recreation $15,000 <br /> Recreation Div Equip <br /> 480 Misc.
