COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> •J��'t OF MF'�' <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 413 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR EQUIPMENT FOR THE MILOLI`I BEACH <br /> PARK PAVILION. <br /> WHEREAS, the Miloli`i Beach Park pavilion is in need of improvements for public <br /> safety and security; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation shall purchase or provide the <br /> following: <br /> Item Description Est. Cost <br /> Picnic Tables Three wooden tables that are 14-feet in length $1,200 <br /> and with attached benches. <br /> Charcoal Barbeque Grill Park-commercial-quality, pedestal-mounted in $350 <br /> ground, rotating, and ADA compliant. <br /> Window Security Mechanisms to prevent illegal entry. $1,000 <br /> Vinyl Windows Approximately six windows, single-hung, $1,020 <br /> Low-e, and with screens that can be removed. <br /> Total $3,570 <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation to purchase or provide the above mentioned equipment; <br /> now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />
