�1MtY.os N,� <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br />,rt OF�M1.'� <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14 14 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE VARIOUS EQUIPMENT. <br />WHEREAS, the Office of the County Clerk and Hawaii County Council is in need of a <br />variety of equipment in order to better serve the County; and <br />WHEREAS, these supplies include: one printer and one laptop (Council District II); one <br />printer and one laptop (Council District III); three portable air conditioning units (Council <br />District IV - Pahoa Council Office); two computers (Council District VII); one printer (Council <br />District VIII); one "all -in -one" printer and three computers (Council District IX); one "all -in - <br />one" printer (Administrative Services); one high-quality scanner, three desktop computers, three <br />laptop computers, three timers (for timing of testimony), one printer, and shelving for storage <br />(Committee and Council Services); and <br />WHEREAS, the estimated total cost for the aforementioned items is approximately <br />$36,310; and <br />WHEREAS, the funds will come from account number 010.101.5101.01.011 (Clerk - <br />Council SVC S&W, Regular S&W), which is available due to the lower than anticipated <br />expenses; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: GENERAL <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $36,310 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.01 Clerk -Council Svc S&W $36,310 <br />011 Regular S&W <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.101.5101.06 Clerk -Council SVC Equip $36,310 <br />480 Misc.
