JNt-4 OF H1!r <br /> 40••�J 74 <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> •,.,moo, � <br /> >F OF•N'� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 425 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR ROADWAY DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN <br /> COUNCIL DISTRICT 2. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works is in need of funding to assist in <br /> improving roadway drainage conditions to minimize flooding of adjacent properties; and <br /> WHEREAS, this funding will assist the Department of Public Works in constructing the <br /> necessary improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Public Works for roadway drainage improvements; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $20,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC — Contingency Relief $20,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Department of Public Works $20,000 <br /> Trans to Cap Proj Fund-G <br /> (Lei Lehua Street Drainage Improvement <br /> 110.388.5381.17) <br />
