This proposed amendment would increase General Fund Revenues-Fund Balance from Previous Year by $6,700 and increase Expenditures-Clerk-Council Svc OCE, Misc. Contract Services by the same amount. This amendment adds line-item No. 4 for a part- time contract position for the North Kohala videoconference site.
