BILL NO. 205 ORDINANCE NO. 14 49 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5, SECTION 24-280 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO PARKING. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. The purpose of deleting item 12 is to increase parking in this heavily used recreational area of Hilo. The revision of item 14 and the addition of the new items is to update the Hawai`i County Code to match what exists in the field. SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-280, Schedule 28. No parking anytime, subsection (c), South Hilo, of the Hawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as amended),be amended by deleting existing item and renumbering as required: [(12) Banyan Drive, south(golf course) side, from a point five hundred forty feet cast of Lihiwai Strcct and extending four hundred two feet in the northeasterly direction.] SECTION 3. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-280, Schedule 28. No parking anytime, subsection (c), South Hilo, of the Hawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as amended), be amended by revising existing item: (14) Banyan Drive, northwest (makai) side, from a point [five hundred eight] seven hundred twenty-three feet [northeast] southwest of the northern intersection of Lihiwai Street and extending [three hundred ninety two] six hundred forty-nine feet in the southwesterly direction.
