COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> er,TF o►.N';�� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 437 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE A NEW VAN. <br /> WHEREAS, the Office of the County Clerk and Hawaii County Council is in need of a <br /> new van for staff use; and <br /> WHEREAS, our office must impose on other departments by frequently requesting the <br /> use of vehicles from their departments; and <br /> WHEREAS, the existing Dodge van is over 11 years old, has frequent visits to the repair <br /> shop, and needs to be replaced; and <br /> WHEREAS, the estimated total cost for a suitable replacement van is approximately <br /> $24,000; and <br /> WHEREAS, the funds will come from account number 010.101.5101.01.011 (Clerk- <br /> Council SVC S&W, Regular S&W), which is available due to the lower than anticipated <br /> expenses; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $24,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.01 Clerk-Council Svc S&W $24,000 <br /> 011 Regular S&W <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.101.5101.06 Clerk-Council SVC Equip $24,000 <br /> 449 Motor Vehicle <br /> (New Vehicle) <br />
