Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai`i <br /> County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br /> described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea Homesteads <br /> 2nd Series, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, shall be Family Agricultural—One Acre <br /> (FA-1 a): <br /> Beginning at a pipe at the northwest corner of this parcel of land being also the northeast <br /> corner of Lot 4 and on the southerly side of Ho`ohoaloha Street,the coordinates of said <br /> point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station"HALAI"being <br /> 20,030.66 feet south and 3,397.87 feet west, and running by azimuths measured <br /> clockwise from true South: <br /> Thence along the easterly side of <br /> Ho`ohoaloha Street along a curve to the <br /> left having a radius of 45.00 feet, the chord <br /> azimuth and distance being: <br /> 1. 192° 56 28" 75.81 feet; thence along the easterly side of <br /> Ho`ohoaloha Street along a curve to the <br /> right having a radius of 40.00 feet, the chord <br /> azimuth and distance being: <br />
