PC-26 June 3, 2014 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BILLS FOR ORDINANCES <br /> <br />Bill 182: AMENDS CHAPTER 23, ARTICLE 4, DIVISION 1, SECTION 23-61 OF THE <br />HAWAI‘I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING <br />TO SITE VISITS FOR APPLICATIONS FOR SUBDIVISIONS <br />Prior to approving or disapproving a preliminary plat, the Planning Director or the <br />Director’s authorized representative shall conduct a site visit of the designated <br />property to verify that the information within the preliminary plat and its <br />supplemental materials is accurate and complete, and also to determine if there are <br />any conditions that warrant revisions to the preliminary plat.
