SECTION 7. As required by Section 10 -6(a) of the Hawai'i County Charter, the estimated cost of <br />each capital improvement pending or proposed to be undertaken, the estimated operating cost, and <br />the pending or proposed method of financing are set forth in the attached Project Data and /or <br />Financial Impact Statement sheets. <br />SECTION 8.
