COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />4GS 14 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF KUMAKUA STREET, NE`EPAPA <br />STREET, HO`OKO STREET, POMAIKA`I STREET AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT D, OF <br />KUMAKUA AFFORDABLE HOUSING SUBDIVISION, PHASE II, BEING TAX MAP <br />KEY: (3) 5-5-019:025 (POR.), SITUATED AT PAHOA, DISTRICT OF NORTH KOHALA, <br />COUNTY AND STATE OF HAWAII FROM HAWAII ISLAND COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br />WHEREAS, Hawaii Island Community Development Corporation is the owner of <br />Kumakua Street <br />0.05 mile <br />Ne`epapa Street <br />0.06 mile <br />Ho`oko Street <br />0.14 mile <br />Pomaika`i Street <br />0.05 mile <br />along with drainage Easement D, identified as Tax Map Key: (3) 5-5-019:025(por), situate at Pahoa, <br />in the District of North Kohala, County and State of Hawaii, as delineated on Exhibits "A" and "B" <br />attached hereto; and <br />WHEREAS, Hawaii Island Community Development Corporation has constructed all <br />subdivision improvements and received final subdivision approval; and <br />WHEREAS, Hawaii Island Community Development Corporation is desirous of dedicating <br />the above roadways, including all subdivision improvements thereon, to the County of Hawaii for <br />road and drainage purposes, and the improvements have been inspected and approved by the County <br />of Hawaii Department of Public Works, and received dedication approval from the Department of <br />Water Supply, Planning Department and Department of Environmental Management; and <br />
