.'�J+may of M .. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 468 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE FAMILY VIOLENCE INTERAGENCY <br /> COMMITTEE. <br /> WHEREAS, the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney's Family Violence Interagency <br /> Committee brings together nonprofit aid organizations, government, and concerned members of <br /> the public and works to find positive solutions to address the epidemic of family violence in <br /> Hawai`i County; and <br /> WHEREAS, funds are needed for educational and informational projects and events to <br /> raise awareness about family violence, including child abuse and neglect; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to <br /> the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney for the Family Violence Interagency Committee; now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $5,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $5,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.271.5271.02 Office of the Prosecuting Attorney $5,000 <br /> Prosecuting Atty OCE <br /> 115 Misc.
