BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Office of Corporation Counsel is urged to <br />collaborate with the Water Board and DWS to determine requirements to acquire legal title to the <br />selected parcel or any portion of the parcel required by DWS, obtain a Right -of -Entry for <br />construction, obtain an easement on any public or private road, if necessary, to place the water <br />main and to pave over the water main with appropriate material. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of Hawaii is directed to <br />transmit copies of this Resolution to: 1) the Honorable William P.
