<br /> Consider for just one minute that if, when diplomatic negotiations fail,
<br /> Cannabis 'joints' and seeds ( specific strains which Naturally revive open-
<br /> hearted consciousness), are air- dropped on fractious countries (a suggestion I
<br /> wrote as a letter to the editor of Time Magazine, during the height of atrocities
<br /> in Bosnia -- not published), Cannabis would almost certainly have an
<br /> analogous, Natural, regionally "mellowing" effect.
<br /> If someone has a more immediately efficient way to promote peace, I'd sure
<br /> like to hear it soon. Cannabis could be the herbal remedy mankind needs to

<br /> through substance abuse, it is as much their Natural right to do so, as it is
<br /> counter - productive for society to pass laws against ingesting things that
<br /> aren't always good for us. We would do much better to start eliminating

<br /> gasoline, alcohol, tobacco, pharmaceutical tranquilizers, beef, sugar,
