I want limited funds to be used for field activities <br /> involving the helicopters, but please no aerial spraying. We are an agricultural <br /> community and have water catchment systems and crops that can be contaminated by <br /> aerial spraying of herbicides. Please use most of the funding for educational and <br /> prevention programs, to include counseling, therapy, and various alternatives. We must <br /> target the youth and prisoners to reduce drug abuse.
