Statewide Marijuana Eradication Grant <br /> Dear Chairman Arakaki: <br /> The Big Island Labor Alliance supports the authorization to allow the <br /> County of Hawaii to enter into an agreement with the United States of <br /> America, pursuant to H.R.S. 46 -7, Statewide Marijuana Eradication Grant. <br /> We do not approve of the violence that the community has been exposed to <br /> that has been directly related to marijuana cultivation.
