Rule 7 <br />SUBCOMMITTEES <br />A standing committee may by adoption of a motion <br />establish a subcommittee, the chairperson of the standing <br />committee shall remain as chairperson of the subcommittee <br />unless otherwise specified by a majority of the members of <br />the standing committee. The members of any subcommittee <br />shall be members of that standing committee and shall <br />consist of not less than three (3) members.
