COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> APPOINTING MEMBERS OF <br /> THE COMMITTEE ON INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS <br /> AND HAWAIIAN AFFAIRS <br /> AND DESIGNATING THE CHAIR AND V[CE CHAIR THEREOF <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that, pursuant to the provisions <br /> of Section 2 of Rule 5 (Committees) and Rule 6 (Standing Committees) of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of <br /> the County of Hawaii, the following members are hereby appointed to the Committee on Intergovemmental <br /> Relations and Hawaiian Affairs: <br /> 1.
