The recipient will be recognized for his achievement, devotion and generosity to the <br /> community. <br /> Chance Salva is being recognized for being one of the top picks for the Hawai`i High School <br /> Athletic Association Boys Volleyball All-Tournament Division II Team. He is the only player <br /> that was chosen from an outer island school to be on the All-Tournament Division II team.
