AND (3) 5-5-019:047, SITUATED <br /> AT PAHOA, DISTRICT OF NORTH KOHALA, COUNTY AND STATE OF HAWAII FROM <br /> HAWAII ISLAND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. <br /> WHEREAS, Hawai`i Island Community Development Corporation is the owner of <br /> Kumakua Street (por.) 0.05 mile <br /> Ne`epapa Street 0.06 mile <br /> Ho`oko Street 0.14 mile <br /> Pomaika`i Street (por.) 0.05 mile <br /> along with drainage Easement D, identified as Tax Map Keys: (3) 5-5-019:025(por.) and (3) 5-5- <br /> 019:047, situated at Pahoa, in the District of North Kohala, County and State of Hawai`i, as delineated <br /> on Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto; and <br /> WHEREAS, Hawai`i Island Community Development Corporation has constructed all <br /> subdivision improvements and received final subdivision approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, Hawai`i Island Community Development Corporation is desirous of dedicating <br /> the above roadways, including all subdivision improvements thereon, to the County of Hawai`i for <br /> road and drainage purposes, and the improvements have been inspected and approved by the County <br /> of Hawai`i Department of Public Works, and received dedication approval from the Department of <br /> Water Supply, Planning Department and Department of Environmental Management; and <br /> 1 <br />
