The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending favorable consideration of the request: The applicant is requesting a Change of Zone from RS-10 to CN-10 to convert an existing steel-framed single-family dwelling currently under construction into an office and retail complex. The applicant is currently constructing a 7,000 square-foot, steel- framed single-family residential structure, which consists of two (2) 3,000+ square-foot garages and a 1,000+ square feet of living space.
