B . i\iO . <br /> ____ <br /> 1 sustainable concrete project , advanced manufacturing <br /> 2 skills training, and ongoing testing of robotic surface <br /> 3 systems by the Pacific international space center for <br /> 4 exploration systems ; command and control equipment for <br /> 5 new and existing robotics hardware; situational awareness <br /> 6 monitoring for robotic operations training; software <br /> 7 licensing; and a data server for archiving project <br /> 8 results, product designs, and online training materials <br /> 9 for a robotics operator training course . <br /> 10 SECTION 2 . There is appropriated out of the <br /> 11 general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of <br /> 12 $1 , 700 , 000 or so much thereof as may be necessary for <br /> 13 fiscal year 2015-2016 for the Pacific international space <br /> 14 center for exploration systems for personnel costs , <br /> 15 operational expenses , and the purchase of equipment , <br /> 16 materials , and services . <br /> 17 The sum appropriated shall be expended by the <br /> 18 department of business , economic development , and tourism <br /> 19 for the purposes of this Act . <br /> 20 SECTION 3 .
