•.OJN<V OF N !!! <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII -+���'='''%%�•'- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 495 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR TRANSPORTATION TO ATTEND FAMILY <br /> VIOLENCE INTERAGENCY COMMITTEE EVENTS. <br /> WHEREAS, the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney's Family Violence Interagency <br /> Committee brings together nonprofit aid organizations, government, and concerned members of <br /> the public to find positive solutions for the family violence epidemic in Hawai`i County; and <br /> WHEREAS, funds are needed for the Family Violence Interagency Committee to assist <br /> with transportation expenses for persons to attend events including the Family Violence Summit, <br /> the Domestic Violence Family Peace Walk and Vigil, and the `Ghana Fun Day; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to <br /> the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney to assist with transportation expenses for events organized <br /> by the Family Violence Interagency Committee; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $500 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $500 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.271.5271.02 Office of the Prosecuting Attorney $500 <br /> Prosecuting Atty OCE <br /> 115 Misc.
