FREIGHT LOADING ZONES, PARAGRAPH (C), SOUTH HILO OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO FREIGHT LOADING ZONES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAPI: SECTION 1. This amendment is being proposed based on a request to review the parking in the subject area. Due to the addition of one parking stall and the reconfiguration of the parking stall lines, the subject loading zone is being relocated six feet southeast of its current location. SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 6, Section 24-288, Schedule 36. Freight loading zones, Paragraph (c) South Hilo be amended revising existing item: (9) Keawe Street, southwest (mauka) side, beginning a4 from a point fft"i* ninety-one feet Puna southeast of Kalakaua and extending twenty-two in the D,,n 'died'^" for- dirt nee of twenty*"r°° feet in the northwesterly direction. SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material and underscoring need not be included. SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
