REPORT OF THE <br /> COMMITTEE ON FINANCE <br /> DATE: August 5, 2014 Re: Comm.No. 954/Bill No. 275 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 10:48 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 275, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 275,transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford, via Communication No. 954 dated <br /> July 18, 2014, amends Ordinance No. 14-82, as amended, relating to public improvements and financing <br /> thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 2014, to June 30, 2015.
