REQUEST: <br /> To amend the FY14-15 Operating Budget, Ordinance No. 14-81, to increase the Sewer Fund as follows: <br /> Revenues: $6,000 030.3609.11 Transfer from General Fund <br /> Expenses: $6,000 030.631.5631.02.115 Wastewater OCE, Misc. Contract Services <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> Council Member Margaret Wille is proposing to transfer$6,000 out of the Council Services - Contingency <br /> Relief Account to the Department of Environmental Management, Transfer to Sewer Fund. The discretionary <br /> funds from District 9 will be used as a grant to the Puako Community Association to study the impact of land <br /> based pollutants on the reef ecosystem. <br /> Council action is requested to amend the Sewer Fund budget by increasing revenues and appropriating <br /> funds to the miscellaneous contracts account. <br /> We request that this bill be handled as a companion bill to Council Member Wille's Resolution to transfer the <br /> funds out of the Council Services - Contingency Relief Account and thereby agendized accordingly. <br /> SIGNED: ! !• �� DATE: 08/11/14 <br /> 'epartment Head <br />
