AWESC-19 September 16, 2014 ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS Res. 500-14: REQUESTS THE HAWAII STATE ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES (HSAC) TO URGE THE HAWAII STATE LEGISLATURE TO ADOPT PROVISIONS FOR TRUTH-IN-LABELING FOR HAWAII-GROWN COFFEES Requests that HSAC urge the State Legislature to adopt provisions to protect Hawaii-grown coffees as premier, specialty coffees. Reference: Comm. 997 Intr. by: Ms. Ford Res. 501-14: REQUESTS THE HAWAII STATE LEGISLATURE TO ADOPT PROVISIONS FOR TRUTH-IN-LABELING FOR HAWAII-GROWN COFFEES Requests that the State Legislature schedule committee hearings, give floor consideration, and adopt into law provisions for truth-in-labeling for Hawaii-grown coffees.
