B. Tax Map Keys 9-2-93: 39, 40, 41 and 42 shall be consolidated within one <br /> (1)year from the effective date of this ordinance. <br /> C. Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for any commercial use <br /> on the subject project site, the applicant shall construct and maintain an <br /> onsite water storage and delivery system that will provide adequate water <br /> service to all uses established upon the subject project site, meeting with <br /> the requirements of the Department of Health and the Fire Department for <br /> sanitation and firefighting purposes, respectively. <br /> D. Construction of the proposed development shall be completed within five <br /> (5)years from the effective date this ordinance. Prior to construction, the <br /> applicant, successors or assigns shall secure Final Plan Approval for the <br /> proposed development from the Planning Director in accordance with <br /> Section 25-2-70, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code), Hawaii County Code. Plans <br /> shall identify all existing and/or proposed structures, paved driveway <br /> access and paved parking stalls associated with the proposed development. <br /> Landscaping shall also be indicated on the plans for the purpose of <br /> mitigating any adverse noise or visual impacts to adjacent properties in <br /> accordance with the requirements of Planning Department's Rule No. 17 <br /> (Landscaping Requirements) standards for CV zones adjoining a RS zone. <br /> E. Single-family, double-family and multiple-family residential uses, <br /> boarding facilities, rooming or lodging houses, hotels, lodges and other <br /> types of visitor accommodations shall be directly serviced by a potable <br /> water system meeting with the requirements of the Department of Water <br /> Supply. <br /> F. Direct access to and from the Hawaii Belt Highway shall be prohibited. <br /> The applicant may provide an emergency egress via a break-away gate to <br /> the State Highway for use only in an emergency. <br /> -3- <br />
