The use of a simulator <br /> for driver training has multiple positive impacts. This includes allowing a single instructor to train <br /> multiple students during one session, delaying the need for actual behind-the-wheel training which <br /> requires vehicles to be taken out of service, and to provide a more comprehensive overall driver- <br /> training program. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the DHS and <br /> FEMA for this grant.
