decreased annual payment per SFE; and 4) that the County shall pay assessments
for 10 properties owned by qualifying nonprofit agencies, pursuant to State and
County law. Adoption of the amended Director’s Report would allow the County
to proceed with implementation of this proposed Sewer Improvement District,
which would include a new public hearing based on the revised Assessment Roll.
