Please note that the deadline for each County Council to <br /> approve the proposed package and list of priorities is November 14, 2014. <br /> Pursuant to Section 13C of the Bylaws of the Hawai`i State Association of Counties, <br /> Inc., proposals must be approved by all four County Councils in order to be included <br /> in the final package and list of priorities. <br /> 2015 HSAC LEGISLATIVE PACKAGE <br /> 1.
