No. 1031/Resolution No. 518-14 <br /> DATE: September 30, 2014 <br /> LOCATION: Council Chambers, Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TITLE: A Resolution Urging the Water Board of the County of Hawai`i to <br /> Take Any and All Actions Necessary to Acquire Land and Develop a <br /> New Water Well, Reservoir, Supporting Facilities, and a New <br /> Transmission Main in Ocean View, District of Ka`u, Hawaii. <br /> EXPLANATION: From Council Member Brenda Ford, this Resolution urges the <br /> Water Board to authorize the development of Ocean View Well #2, a <br /> reservoir, support facilities, and water main to connect with Ocean <br /> View Well #1 in its five-year plan. It also urges the Water Board to <br /> authorize the acquisition of the land required for development of <br /> Ocean View Well #2 and accessory facilities.
