rtY OS.. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII HA‘. .- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 561 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT AT THE HILO <br /> MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation has identified the need for a golf <br /> lift and utility golf cart for course and fleet maintenance at the Hilo Municipal Golf Course; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation has deferred the purchasing of new <br /> equipment due to budget constraints, but finds it difficult to maintain its existing equipment to <br /> keep the greens and equipment in optimal condition for the benefit of patrons of the course; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation for the purchase of a golf lift ($8,499.95) and utility golf <br /> cart ($10,911.39); now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $19,411.34 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC —Contingency Relief $19,411.34 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.36 Department of Parks & Recreation $19,411.34 <br /> Trans To Golf Course Fnd <br /> 341 Misc.
