It will be located at the entrance of the property fronted by Honoka'a / Waipi'o Rd. approximately 5'from the property line. The sign will be made of: 4- I'x8' Redwood boards 2- Kiawe post 6'apart See the attached for the list of property owners who are within 300'of the perimeter boundary of the affected property. The Hawaii County Planning Department recognizes the property as Agriculture Based Commercial; Waipi'o Cookhouse must meet all commercial requirements set forth by the Hawaii County Building Department, Hawaii County Department of Health,County Fire Department, Department of Sanitation &other agencies. We would like the business name,services offered & contact information on the sign large enough to he safely seen by the traffic going by at 45 MPH. The variance will not adversely affect the rights of adjacent property owners or tenants. The variance will not violate the interest,safety,convenience, or the general welfare of the public.
