The goal of this program is to disrupt narcotics and dangerous drug trafficking in <br /> Hawai`i and the funds will be used to pay for overtime costs of the Office of the Prosecuting <br /> Attorney's staff assigned to carry out the duties of HATF. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to authorize the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the U. S. <br /> Department of Justice for this grant.
