The funds will be used <br /> to pay for personnel costs of certified technicians to conduct inspection clinics as well as for travel <br /> costs of personnel to attend conferences on O'ahu, and in Chicago, Illinois for this program. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the State of Hawai`i <br /> Department of Transportation for this grant.
